An Arts Council funded project entitled 'Making Your Mark' as part of the 'Big Draw'. This was a collaborative scheme at Addenbrookes Hospital in Cambridge led by artist Lesley Bermingham, two InPrint poets, another artist and myself. We toured the wards and out-patients with an art-materials trolley inspiring patients and staff to create drawings and poems on paper flags which were displayed as bunting in the hospital. A highly successful venture, it generated and improved communication between people, enabled creative expression and was overall very therapeutic. | |
